Consultations take place before the start of each and every service. All extension services require consultations prior to service being rendered. Appointment requests will be approved or denied within 48 hours of requesting. A special message for my curly girls, To prepare for your curly cut appointment please arrive with your hair down (no buns braids or pony tails or anything that would disturb your natural curl pattern), fully dry with little to no product (a leave in conditioner is fine) , and fully detangled to the best of your ability. With curly hair, some little tangles are expected. If there is extreme tangles/matting a detangling fee will apply. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Any no show or cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 20% of your intended service. A debit/credit card will be required to be on file to book any appointment. Your card will not be charged except in the event of a no show or cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment.
